Community Affairs Committee
The success of businesses, no matter their size, is dependent on their
relationship with thriving and healthy communities.
The CAC’s mission is three-fold:
Inform Chamber members concerning community affairs and issues which impact their businesses. Community issues also include governmental actions and policy proposals.
Motivate Chamber members to be actively involved as individual business leaders in community affairs and issues.
Advocate a consensus CAC position on community affairs and issues as needed.
Our Committee is dedicated to promoting our area’s image and to promote
community awareness through effective communication between Central Pasco,
its businesses, its residents, local community organizations and surrounding
governmental entities. We monitor Pasco County’s changing landscape of safety,
transportation, taxes, education, parks and recreation, libraries, economic
development and all the other areas that touch our lives, our businesses and our
community and affect our quality of life and we work for positive results.
Our committee is open to all chamber members and we encourage you to join us.
Promoting businesses and our community since 1975, The Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce is a not for profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and funded solely by its members.
