    Mettler-Toledo Safeline has an opening for a Welding Manager in the Fabrication Department.

    Mettler Toledo's Product Inspection Group is made up of CI-Vision, Hi-Speed and Safeline. Together, we are the world’s leading supplier of in-line checkweighers, metal detectors, machine vision systems and x-ray inspection systems. We are currently hiring a Welding Manager to manage and lead the welding department employees within a manufacturing environment.

    Do You Have?
    • 5 years supervising Welders in a manufacturing/production environment
    • Experience working for a manufacturing/production company within a manager role

    As a Plus, Do You Also Have?
    • A bachelor's degree
    • Documented Lead Training or Certification

    Can You Picture Yourself?
    • Managing and supervising Welders in a manufacturing/production environment
    • Monitoring production progresses, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting the shift production summaries daily
    • Providing job expectations and training to staff:  planning, monitoring, and appraising job outcomes, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees using organization policies and procedures
    • Ensuring production and customer demands are met by scheduling and assigning proper personnel and priorities
